Join or renew your membership
Membership fees are due and payable on 1 July each year. Existing members who have not renewed their subscriptions by 1 October are deemed to have resigned. New membership fees after 1 January are half the annual fee.

Payment
New members
If you wish to join the society as a new member, please complete the membership form (PDF* 105 KB) and send it along with your payment to the society by mail.
Membership renewals
For those who are renewing their membership, you can pay as follows:
- by cheque, money order or online transfer to our bank account (as explained in the membership form (PDF* 105 KB), in which case you must return the renewal form)
- by using the Paymate online payments system (in which case you do not have to return the renewal form).
If you choose to use the Paymate system (renewals only), please do the following:
- Log on to the Paymate website, at https://www.paymate.com
- Select > buyers > Make an express payment > PAY NOW
- In the 'E-mail address' box, type: payments@socedvic.org
- In the 'Order or Item No.' box, type your e-mail address (so we can keep track of who has made the payment)
- Follow all the other instructions to make the payment.
