The Society of Editors of Victoria hosted the second national CASE conference on 13-15 October 2005, with the theme of Editing in Context. The conference was held at the Eden on the Park hotel near Albert Park, just south-east of Melbourne's CBD.

The conference hosted nearly 290 registrants and more than 70 presenters. Feedback has been great and we are now looking forward to the next national editors conference to be held in Hobart, Tasmania, 9-11 May 2007.

The conference CD has been mailed out to all conference registrants and presenters.
