Freelance Register

Each year the Society of Editors (Vic.) Inc. publishes a directory of freelance editors known as the Freelance Register. The aim of the Register is to help organisations improve the standard of their publications by putting them in touch with editors who have appropriate skills and experience.

The printed Register is distributed free of charge to hundreds of corporations, government departments and agencies, and non-government organisations, as well as publishers. The Register is also available online and the online edition only is updated (contact details only) at least once a year.

The latest version - 2011-12 Freelance Register (pdf 4 Mb) - is laid out on an A4 page to allow for easier printing and reduce paper waste. Click on any website address in an entry to be taken directly to that web page, and click on any e-mail address if you would like to send a message to that editor.
